What form of payment does iGold accept?

iGold only accepts bank wires and money orders or cashiers checks.

Can I convert silver, platinum or other metals to Pecunix or E-Bullion?

At this time we only sell/buy/convert GOLD (not silver or platinum, or other precious metals) e-metal as it currently is in the highest demand by our customers. Our goal is to be your online solution for all your gold needs.

Are there any fees for using iGold?

Are orders processed at night or over the weekend?

All orders are processed MONDAY to FRIDAY during standard business hours (MST), excluding weekends and major holidays.

How long does it take for my transfer to complete?

Conversion orders are generally processed the same day once you have been registered (excluding weekends & major holidays).We reserve one business day to complete your order.If you place your order late in the day, it is not likely to be completed until the following day.

Can I use iGold to convert Pecunix to E-Bullion and vice versa?

Yes. Transfers are simple, easy and fast. To make a conversion transfer, all you need to know are your E-Bullion and Pecunix account numbers and we do all the rest for you!

Are you affiliated with Pecunix or E-Bullion?

No. We are an independent operator providing a service to easily convert Pecunix and E-bullion. Although we do work closely with both E-Bullion™ and Pecunix™, we are not a division of, nor a subsidiary of, either company.

I sent a Money Order or Cashiers Check. When will my account be funded?

Money orders and cashier checks take 3 to 7 business days to clear the bank. The only exception is if you send United States Postal Money Orders. They are processed the same day we receive them.

Will I receive an e-mail when you have funded my account?

Yes, we send you a confirming e-mail when the spend to your account is completed. STRIKE Balance along with the Confirmation Batch or Transaction ID.
